Cancellation and Refund Policy
Overview
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review the following guidelines.
Exclusive Reservations
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a 50% non-refundable advance payment.
- If full payment is made, a 50% refund is applicable only if cancellation is requested 30–50 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
Standard Bookings
- Cancellation requested 7 or more days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding service fees).
- Cancellation requested between 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation requested within 2 days of the check-in date: No refund.
Emergency Cancellations
In the event of an emergency, we may consider issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation verifying the emergency may be required.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original method of payment.
Special Notes
- Advance payments are non-transferable to other bookings.
- Custom vendor bookings (caterers, decorators, performers) follow their own cancellation and refund policies.
